The most gratifying aspect of her career is realizing that when you show communities that you can give without wanting anything in return, that it is truly about them. Then one see a community flourish one family after another.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she realized there was such a great need that needed her help, helping families rise from the ashes of a fire and giving them a restart in life.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Murgado's Hand Foundation operates primarily in Milwaukee County, an area that sees more than 500 fires per year. Desiring to mitigate the problem of homelessness in her community and aid families who have lost their homes and belongings, she collects furniture, household items and other donations; she has assisted more than 1,000 people.
