She became involved in her profession because she had worked at a real estate investment company and did a lot of marketing and behind the scenes for the company. She always wanted to go into real estate. She decided to get her real estate license and completed it in February 2010.

Assisting each client on an individual basis; Handling listings for brokers; Conducting the touring of the properties

In five years, Ms. Paltzer hopes to grow the company, add more agents, and get more into property management. She also hopes the investment market gets better.
