Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after several years of working in health care, hospital and direct counseling roles, to which she had gravitated naturally as a result of her interests and studies. Ms. Board subsequently took up the business side of behavioral health and has continued to build her career by movng into increasingy more challenging roles in organizational health. As far back as she can remember, she has always been able to understand, engage and impact people of all groups, genders and nationalities. She remains interested in pushing people's growth and development.

Ms. Board is a highly experienced change management andwellness professional with a record of achievement both domestically and internationally. With a strong focus on employee well-being and employee assistance across multiple countries, she is a trusted and culturally competent adviser as well as an expert in improving the behavioral health of organizations. She has led the management of multiple major crises and traumas, from workplace shootings and homicides to incidents of global magnitude, such as earthquake and tsunami devastation. Ms. Board combines keen business acumen with psychological and clinical exerience that allows her to manage the worst possible tragic situations and bring forth the best in human behavior.
Additionally, Ms. Board dedicates time to the nonprofit organization Around-n-Over, which she founded with her husband, international adventurer and three-time Guinness World record holder Erden Eruc. Around-n-Over provides educational and financial support to rural communities struggling to improve. Moreover, by demonstrating that dreams can be achieved through hard work, dedication and a resilient spirit, Around-n-Over inspires others through exploration and adventure. Although Ms. Board's husband is the ‘real’ adventurer and athlete in the family, Ms. Board enjoys rock climbing, tennis and international travel.
