Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was always interested in human services and nonprofit. She herself was a child care giver at very young age for her mother and she always wanted to be active in the field.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Rosier also worked in a consulting capacity with WA law enforcement as well as with various nonprofits coordinating national conferences and sporting campaigns. She studied profiling and worked with the LAPD behavioral unit while in law enforcement. Active with the rescue of Black Russian Terriers, see youtube video under 'baby these dogs are born to ride'. Previously headed the state police department for juveniles, rape and sex crimes squad and actively changed the perception of victims and the dialogue about these crimes. She has done voice-over and filmed videos to show women doing empowering things rather than looking like victims and converted material to different languages and cultures. She has 22 years in law enforcement in Australia and does lectures and radio programs on matters of persons with disabilities.
