What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
I have accummulated some rare expertise in working with At-Risk troubled youth in Juvenile Court, and am still alive and sane to talk about it.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
I have also been a Writer and author. My upcoming screenplay, and book version of "Whatever Happened to the Zodiac Killer," a true story, will be my greatest written accomplishment to date.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
As a well rounded and balanced person between business, personal, and spirtitual life who also had very good and wise answers for life's difficult problems.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Why people everywhere can't see how we are positioned on the earth's time frame for bible prophecy to be fulfilled very soon. Get ready everyone!
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Well, I did have lunch with Erin Brokovitch a few years ago. That was hard to beat!

In the Young Lion's Youth Ministry Program, I love seeing young lives turn around to the positve.

She attributes her success to her diligence, perseverance and determination.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
I left my work as a TV Producer to enter Real estate while my children were small for more career flexibility. I took on 5 rentals for career stability.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Fitzpatrick has worked as a television producer in Northern California and as a real estate agent in the Pacific Northwest region. She has been interviewed on numerous television programs, and is also a public speaker and author. Her book titled, "The Extreme Teen Rescue Manual" is used by youth detention chaplains and volunteers worldwide to train and present dynamic youth detention ministries. Ms. Fitzpatrick has also published the book "Angel Promises: Remembering the Youngest Firefighter," about the life and death of her daughter Karen Lee. The book is widely avaialble on Amazon.com, and has also in Spokane, Wash. Ms. Fitzpatrick currently lives with her daughter Jaina in the hills of West Valley, Yakima, Wash.
She is a real estate agent with Aspen Real Estate. She also has her own business with five rental income properties. She is the CEO of Young Lion's Youth Ministry Program. She is also a screenwriter.
