Managing personnel, budgets and administrative work; Processing personnel; Overseeing the construction and repair of dams; Making announcements on U.S. staffing; Overseeing a $25 million budget for four corps divisions and 270 personnel; Coordinating directly with four division chiefs on budgeting issues and engineering; Coordinating with constructions division chiefs and four branch chiefs on administrative, personnel, staffing, and hiring actions
