Expanded Biography:
Ms. Grimm's career has taken her through many different social and economical areas of the community. She has worked with homeless families, children of broken homes, and children that have spent most of their lives in the judicial system. She has worked with adults and children with mental health issues and those that were physically challenged. Ms. Grimm chose to work in the social health field to help those that needed someone to listen to them, as well as to help those that needed assistance to navigate the social health care system. She also wanted to assist those in need of trade skills, an education and a job. To that end, she worked for several different agencies, all the while gathering experience and education in her chosen field, social services. She worked for 16 years as an instructor, teaching behavioral modification to both adult and adolescent offenders. She spent several years working for the private industry council and many more years working for the Department of Social and Health Services for the state of Washington. She considers herself very fortunate to have had such a rewarding career.

Ms. Grimm has worked with a variety of clients as an assistant. She created profiles and characterizations of clients and their specific issues. She was very fortunate to work with clients in a more personalized way.
