Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she recognized a need for equal opportunity compliance training. There is significant guidance pertaining to civil rights in the workplace, but less guidance related to the nondiscriminatory delivery of federally funded programs and activities. These programs and activities have an impact on each of our lives from in the areas of workforce development, housing, fair lending, health, education, transportation, the arts, and many more.
