Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Garrity established the American Learnership Forum, an IRS 501c(3) public charity, in January 2010, to raise funds for other charitable organizations. He is also an executive, project manager, principal consultant, leader in publishing and writing, and educator with professional experience in the public and private sectors. He held the first National Security Agency chairman for public sector management in 1994 and has been working with The Institute for Knowledge and Innovation, George Washington University for the past eight years. He has also been consulting with the United States Air Force on organizational transformation for three years. He focuses on advancing the philosophy and practices of learnership through his book "Learnership: Reinvigorating America through Total Learning, Knowing, and Leading as a Mindful Way-of-Being." He also volunteers his services to local wounded war veterans, women and children.
