Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Mangum is a retired U.S. Army brigadier general. During his service, he commanded special operations command at the national strategic level. He also spearheaded the defense reform program for the former Soviet Republic of Georgia. Additionally, he was an adjunct instructor at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and a guest lecturer at West Point. Mr. Mangum has published numerous articles on various military topics.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Teaching core national security courses and electives for the graduate-level intelligence program; Consulting on national security affairs, and for the former Soviet Republic of Georgia as the senior adviser to the ministry of defense

In five years, Mr. Mangum intends to continue teaching and achieve a tenured position within a university.
