Ms. Cox has accomplished her goal in life, which is to let children know that no matter where they came from or what color their skin is, that they are human and they should strive to be the best they can in life and stay focused. The children that leave her daycare as successful youth become role models for other children. Ms. Cox was blessed with great parents who were always there for her as a child.

Ms. Cox also started the J.E. Eubanks Foundation for her older brother who was murdered in December of 1970. The foundation has been a blessing for his daughter, JoAnne, who never knew her father and could learn about him through this foundation. The foundation gives grants to medical facilities and clinics for underprivileged children to receive immunizations. The foundation has provided three facilities with grants of $500 each.
