Marissa E. Borst was born in Davao, Philippines, and grew up in Worcester, MA. She received an Associates in Science from Becker College, and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New England School of Art & Design|Suffolk University. Marissa started her professional career in sales, marketing & distribution for Allied Domecq Liquors & Jim Beam Brands with Greater Boston Area as her territory. When she moved to the DC Area, she was working as the Mid-Atlantic Market Manager & Graphic Designer for Anthem Entertainment. Going on five years, Marissa is currently an Interior Architectural Designer with Architecture & Design Associates in Fairfax, VA. The firm’s projects range from Commercial Buildings and Corporate Interiors, to Senior Living, Healthcare and Hospitality projects. Marissa had the opportunity to make significant contributions to Hospitality projects such as The Grand Lodge at Brian Head {Utah}, and Holiday Inn Jessup/Columbia {Maryland}. Marissa is a member of Cambridge Who’s Who and Filipino Young Professionals, DC Chapter, teaches weekly piano lessons, competitive dances, and is the Owner/Artist of All’s Well That Ends Well Designs, or AWTEW Designs; Specializing in Graphic Design & Misc. Art. When work is not consuming her time, she enjoys yoga classes & spending quality time with her beautiful and inquisitive daughter, Eve Autumn.

In five years, Ms. Borst hopes that she will be on her way to becoming an interior designer principal with her firm Architecture and Design Associates, Inc., located in Fairfax, VA. She will also continue her side business, All's Well That Ends Well Designs, creating custom artwork and graphics. Furthermore, she will continue teaching dance and piano.
