Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Griffith originally enlisted in the military after high school. She felt it that is would provide her an opportunity to find out what she wanted to do. After spending three years in active duty, she entered college, and after graduation, she decided to stay in the service. She applied, was accepted, and graduated as a distinguished military graduate from Officer Candidate School in 1994. As a transportation officer, and she recently selected below zone for promotion to lieutenant colonel.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Serving as the assistant instructor for the school house; Creating and teaching various subjects; Ensuring that the teaching is up-to-date in relation to policies; Teaching how to identify a problem and analyze it to come up with a solution; Writing two articles for the Information Governance Bulletin
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years Ms. Griffith hopes to retire from the military, but stay within government realm and possibly enter into the IG field.
