He attributes his personal success to his ability in finding good people to help his non-profit organization.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because during his 40 year career as a police officer in charge of special operations, he discovered that during search and rescue efforts, the success rate on finding Alzheimer patients was low. After he retired, he founded Project Lifesaver to remedy this.
