Daphne has a progressive career in the Human Resources arena both national and international. The one highlight that stands out the most is the opportunity to be the lead civilian program manager responsible for transitioning soldiers and their family members during the Department of Army Base Realignment and Closure and the EC3 movement from various locations.military locations. Daphne has an affinity with the military and is committed to provide assistance to transitions when opportunities are commited. She utilize this experience to help her oversee her staff responsible for the Warrior Integration Program within her company.

She attributes her success to her willingness to take on new challenges, having ownership for each role within her area of responsibility and the willingness to explore all opportunities. Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her position after gaining experience as a college intern in the Office of the Governor for the State of Florida, assistong college students in finding jobs within the state of Florida.
