He attributes his success to the focus of building churches, to nourish the people with its overseas partners, to continue to stimulate its business principles and maintain the integrity and accountability of its cause.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because after receiving a degree in Bible Studies, and having an interest in mission work, this work seemed a perfect fit when he was asked by his good friend and founder of ICM to come join him in growing the ministry.

Prior to coming to ICM, Mr. Reed worked for almost 20 years as the North American director for Transworld Radio.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing any large, specialty projects overseas within the 60 different countries of operation
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Mr. Reed would like to see the ministry grow. It currently has more than 4,000 churches worldwide, and it would like to reach 20,000 by 2020, as well as continue nurturing people in the church.
