She attributes her success to her parents, especially her father, who, as a Ph.D., was an inspiration for her. Furthermore, her husband is a great support to her by understanding her work challenges. Also, she wants to be a role model for her daughters, and show them not only the necessity of continued education but also how to excel.

She became involved in her profession, after studying English literature in college, because she saw bigger opportunities in the administrative and human resources arena.

She has proved her ability as a focused strategic thinker, business partner and persuasive communicator. In addition, she is a results-oriented problem-solver who possesses integrity, discretion and high business ethics. Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Leading and directing the human resources team to deliver comprehensive human resources services to the business; Partnering with the rest of the head-of-business units; Managing employee relations, including absences, discipline, grievances, sickness, etc.; Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement; Handling recruitment and retention; Managing talent and succession planning; Taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns;
