Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Novian believes that students need the appropriate tools based on their individual needs. She found that too many students with learning disabilities are falling through the cracks because of the bureaucratic nature of schools. Ms. Novian decided to jump on board with her husband, who is a marriage and family therapist, and analyze brainwaves to determine students’ learning disabilities.
