She became involved in her profession because she initially studied psychology, and reading the works of Piaget led her to fall in love with the Montessori methodologies and theories.

Supervising teachers; Visiting classrooms to observe and ensure teaching is in accordance with the Montessori methodologies; Observing children to ensure that they are treated and educated in a gentle, loving and respectful way so that they can grow at their own rate and reach their maximum potential; Interfacing with parents; Consulting with other Montessori schools
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Stein plans to open a junior high school and a satellite school in another part of town.
