She became involved in her profession after working in the automobile industry, becoming a pet owner of a cat and dog, and deciding to switch professions and establish a pet hotel.

Ms. Ford Grimes established the most exclusive pet hotel in the world with 14 businesses included in one. Prior to her current position, she owned Autosource in Texas. She is proud to have owned an independent lease company without attaching it to a franchise dealer.
