What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Her greatest career achievement is raising the exit level test scores required for graduation. At-risk juniors and seniors in high school went from years of scores in the 50-percent bracket to 95 percent, and she kept the scores at that level.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
As a person who has always tried to get to the point where she can put her talent to the best use for the common good.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Mental disease. It would become recognized as a physical illness in the same way as heart disease and diabetes, so people can receive the treatment they deserve to get off the streets. She would also work to get fair, relevant sentencing in criminal trials.

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to her ability to be compassionate toward others, and helping them with their needs, but mostly be the best at what she does.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her upbringing had a great influence on her early career. Her father was Swedish and a well-educated professional, and was a speaker and board member for the World Missions. His influence led her to obtain a degree in English and become a teacher. After her children were grown, and she experienced some personal strive, she obtained a law degree.

In five years, Ms. Bartholomew plans to communicate with clients all over the globe, and eventually meet them in Houston, Brenham, Austin, or Stockholm, and help them to promote themselves through doctoral dissertations, medical journals, sermons, or whatever professional medium
suits their needs.
