Ms. Zeisel is an industry-recognized expert in radio frequency identification systems. In her present position, she is charged with overseeing all operational aspects of Hothead Technologies, which was recently acquired by Identec Solutions, Inc. She leads hardware and software development and oversees all research and development efforts for a new generation of heat and shock monitoring equipment targeted to athletes, firefighters, and hazmat and military personnel. In addition, she is in charge of professional services. Ms. Zeisel evinces a "can-do" attitude and has a proven track record in increasing the efficiency of internal operations with a focus on customer service deliverable s and increased revenues. Among her many professional accomplishments are having played a leading role in the preparation of Identec Solution, Inc.'s successful bid for the U.S. Department of Defense's $428 million RFID III program, which significantly enhanced the company's profile as a major hardware vendor to contract holders.
