Ms. Paxton works for the largest oil field drilling company in the world, with more operations and business outside North America than in it. Before, she worked at Lyondell Chemical Company and The Dow Chemical Company, where she spent 15 years running a global supply chain technology center and liaising for all business segments. She also does public speaking on the national level, and has appeared in Fortune Magazine.
