Ms. Winsted strives to be a positive role model for new professionals entering the oil and gas industry. She hopes to give them a sense of self worth to be a better supplier to their customers and a better person to their co-workers, family and friends.
After caring for her parents who recently passed away from cancer, she strives to make other people happy, and never leaves the house without telling others that she loves them, because life is too short and you never know what the future holds.
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The most gratifying aspect of her career was when a customer told her that working with her was a rare find, in that most vendors are uncomfortable taking responsibility for mistakes. The customer stated that he knew when he called her that he would always get truthful answers, without a run around.

She became involved in her profession as a receptionist and her boss was a role model to her. She was intrigued by the field and was driven to be successful in the industry.
