Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Directing, coordinating, and supervising human resource services to include recruitment, front desk reception, data entry, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and position control; Being responsible for the coordination of all human resources activities with department directors and human resources staff; Promoting and supporting the administration of HR products and services of the highest quality; Working extensively to provide the University Health System with an outstanding employee recognition program, with a web-based above and beyond recognition program
