What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
What sets Ms. Skelly apart is her clear and intuitive ability to ask the right questions. Also, she listens carefully for the real answers, gets to the bottom or essence of an issue, thinks strategically how to organize, prioritize, and proceed, talks straight with business owners and clients, and produces visionary materials and programs that move companies forward.
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Donald Trump would be someone she love to have lunch with. While there are many individuals who are wonderful examples of business practice excellence, she feels Mr. Trump takes the entire marketing field forward with his 'All Balls and No Bull' attitude. Small business owners are sick and tired of being lied to by many so-called professionals in the marketing industry, who basically take their money and run. Character matters in all fields, but I believe it matters more so in marketing (including communications and media). Prove you are trustworthy in order to always have a client following. She thinks Mr. Trump embodies this, and would love the opportunity to tell him so face-to-face.
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of her career was her realization that communication is the single most important function of every company. While many things will change the ability to connect with groups and individuals using skilled communication principles remains essential to success of any kind.

Ms. Skelly attributes her success to her passion for establishing order and creating clarity, drive to solve problems, natural ability to ask the right questions, skills at finding comprehensive answers, and ability to inspire others to move forward.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
Ms. Skelly became involved in her profession because of her realization that communication, in all forms, is the only way to establish lasting relationships. She has learned that in the business world, the ability to communicate successfully is what makes or breaks a small business. The marketing field, which includes visual communication, was the most logical career choice she could make.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Skelly has a wide range of work history to draw upon in her current position as owner and managing director of gITnoticed® Marketing. She has held positions in many fields, including higher education, sales and marketing, business management, customer services, security, and operations. She has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations, including United Way Worldwide, Suffolk University and Simmons College. Prior to her career as an educator, Ms. Skelly worked for a number of well known companies, including W.A. Wilde, Data General, Bullocks Department Stores, Boots Department Stores, and the Philippines International Trading Corporation. Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Skelly is most proud to have played a major role in the completion of a critical nutritional educational curriculum for elementary after-school programs. gITnoticed® marketing was contracted by The United Way of Boston and worked directly with Boston Medical Center professionals to advance health education in after-school programs. Ms. Skelly was directly responsible for the comprehensive organization of the material, along with the design and original illustration work that incorporated a mixture of freehand drawings, computer generated illustrations and images. This curriculum was first launched in 2010 and will no doubt under go a number of edits as our knowledge of health and nutrition expands. Ms. Skelly is also extremely proud to have founded gITnoticed® Marketing and created its comprehensive, multi-channel, strategic marketing plan for small-business owners. Any small business in the United States can benefit from gITnoticed® Marketing's plans and programs. gITnoticed® Marketing funds one local community project for each of its clients. All gITnoticed® Marketing clients engage in legitimate cause marketing or direct contribution practices. In addition to these programs, gITnoticed@ Marketing currently contributes direct monthly funding to a local soup kitchen.
