She attributes her success to having had the opportunity to work in the surgical area of the Baptist organization early in her career, as well as to her organization, efficiency and commitment to providing excellent care to their customers and patients.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession as a Certified Surgical Technician at Baptist Memorial, eventually working her way up to a managerial position in surgery. She first served as the Clinical Finance Business Manager at BMH Medical Center.
