Mrs. Webb founded the ministry with her husband. It facilitates the distribution of free food and clothing to the needy, and directs them to outside services and resources when needed. Future goals for Hope Ministries of the Valley, Inc. are an on-site reading room
and kids show and tell days.

Overseeing public relations about clothing provided for the needy; Planning; Implementing fundraising functions; Organizing training for volunteers; Implementing yearly outreach special events, such as the "Christmas Is For Children and Families" christmas party or the outdoor gospel sing benefit that raises funds and food for the homeless
