Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her mother was a victim of domestic violence and she didn't survive. She started out volunteering and it evolved into this position.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing food, clothes, and shelter; Giving women professional attire to go on interviews; Providing transportation, counseling, and advocacy for sexual assault victims; Offering emotional support to the women
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Rogers hopes to have a private home for unwed mothers. She also hopes to continue learning.
