Mr. Gossett has prosecuted criminal cases for 24 years, with 16 of those years as the elected prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit in South Carolina. He worked for eight years as an assistant solicitor, and 10 years as a criminal defense lawyer. He started his private law practice, focusing on criminal defense in 2001.
