He became involved in his profession through his doctor's suggestion after his first year of teaching.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Rainone bought a boat as a hobby and means of relaxation. He passed his USCG captain exam in 1980 and then started a charter boat business on weekends in the spring and fall. After a few years, he developed a good clientele. He has been involved in fisheries management with Rhode Island as a member of various advisory panels with the RI Marine Fisheries Council. He is also the co-editor of the Rhode Island Fishing Magazine. Mr. Rainone was a music teacher for Providence Public Schools for 30 years.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinating fishing trips; Teaching clients how to fish and prepare fish recipes; Providing a safe, clean way to enjoy all types of salt water fishing, trolling, jigging, drift fishing, bottom fishing, and chunk bait fishing for all species, both inshore and offshore
