She became involved in her profession after seeing her friend grieve for her father when he passed.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Young is also a full-time paralegal and office manager for a small law firm. She conducts the initial interviews with clients, does legal research, drafts procedures, holds staff meetings, and oversees staff. She also has a coaching business called Self Empowerment Alliance, LLP, which she works with on weekends; she has been doing this since November 2010. She does life and business coaching for individuals and businesses.
