The highlight of her career was hosting a young man with Cystic Fibrosis on a Make-A-Wish trip. She was the Pennsylvania National Guard's State Youth Director and set up an amazing visit for this young man. He used a simulator that allowed him to experience what it's like to fire weapons and drive tanks, he went on an F-15 flight, and even participated in a little bit of basic training before meeting the state Generals.
