She attributes her success to the support she receives from her colleagues. She is fortunate to work in a school district that is progressive in education. The district Ms. Berezansky teaches in is also geographically located near the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown which allows for cooperative learning/teaching instruction.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of her passion for working with children and the belief that it is truly rewarding to help open a child's world by learning to Read.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting students at at-risk reading levels; Coordinating with classroom teachers; Assisting 40 first grade students; Assessing students' reading styles and instructing them for improvement; Assisting children in developing fundamental reading and comprehension skills
