Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession when the industry was just beginning in the early 1980s. It was an exciting field to learn and grow in.

As an experienced banking and investment professional, Ms. Williams has a demonstrated record of consistently combining financial leadership with sound business practice to ensure maximum satisfaction and profitability for each client. She is accomplished in managing more than $14 billion in cash on a daily basis, while remaining compliant regarding the SEC, federal and banking regulations, as well as client-specific reinvestment guidelines. Ms Williams is experienced in negotiating trades for fixed income, corporate bonds, and stocks in the Securities Lending arena. In addition to investments, trading, staff-management, and coaching, Ms. Williams was instrumental in her proficiency of using Microsoft Excel to create a systematic approach to monitoring cash collateral, which ensured that multiple accounts were accurate and compliant.
