Mr. Washington has written a deed on who can or cannot build in the city of Philadelphia. He has been mentoring seventh- and eighth-grade students for 10 years to participate in the Future Cities Contest, which was conducted at Overbrook Educational Centers.

Overseeing engineering projects; Creating plans for city planning using AutoCAD; Resolving issues pertaining to city street plans; Coordinating the federal global positioning system; Conducting research and investigations for the purpose of settling property disputes
