For more than 37 years, Ms. Rice has enjoyed working with buyers and sellers. Her vast experience has brought her a great deal of joy and wonderful people into her life. Over the years, she has worked in several offices. She is now happy to belong to G. Stiles Realty, which has a great staff and operates out of a beautiful new office building. A fellow Realtor first encouraged Ms. Rice to venture into real estate, and she claims that she has never looked back. She has served the local community on the Roseburg City Council and Roseburg Historical Committee. She has also been the president of the Oregon Rental Housing Association, a board legislative representative for the Rental Owners Association of Douglas County, and the treasurer of the Douglas County Realtors Exchange Group. Ms. Rice is a native of Oregon and grew up on a pear orchard that was managed by her father in Medford. She has lived in Roseburg since 1962, and considers Douglas County one of the best places to live and raise a family. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm about this beautiful area with new and former clients.
