She became involved in her profession as she has always brought home strays and looked out for the underdog since she was young. She has always known that she wanted to work in counseling and offer support to others.

Ms. Burych has more than 25 years of experience in the field of social work. She has worked in the EAP field for 13 years. She started her career as a counselor and worked her way up to a managerial position.

In five years, Ms. Burych hopes to build up the counselor exchange, interact more with other counselors, and grow the e-counseling part of her practice.
