She became involved in her profession during her service in the Canadian Armed Forces. She started taking university courses in psychology at night and later focused on the human resources management program, which coincided with her profession during the day.

Ms. De Zotti served three years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Resource Management Support Clerk. She has been working in the human resources profession for more than 18 years and just last year decided to venture on her own.
