She is separated from her peers by her longevity with the company. She has been with the same company for 32 years, therefore has had many different experiences within varying departments and brings all that knowledge to her current position.

Her greatest career achievement has been attaining her current position, playing a lead role in many mergers and acquisitions, and integrating human resource services information into their information technology systems.
