Driven to provide exceptional care, she continued her education, which enabled her to be promoted to the role of director of nursing, then administrator. Planning, directing and monitoring all operational and performance outcomes for a 132-bed, municipal, long-term care program, servicing more than 250 community clients; Conducting site visits in response to complaints or annual reviews to ensure the health service provider is in compliance with government program standards
