She attributes her success to her hard work, experience, and strong Internet and research skills.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she is bilingual, and after she got a bachelor's degree, she translated for employers. She later wanted her own business, and launched the company out of her house. When she needed to hire people, she got an office.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Walsh taught English as a Second Language and was then named acting director of the Language School in Trois-Rivières Ouest. She later moved to the Ottawa region, where she was able to capitalize on her bilingual abilities.

Translating English into French and occasionally French into English; Coordinating requests; Handling negotiations with clients; Working with deadlines; Networking; Handling human resources, business development and finances for the company
