She attributes her success to her passion for everything she does and the energy she puts into her work.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after working as a retail manager and buyer. She found that she wanted to take on a greater challenge, which was presented to her by a friend. Prior to attaining her current position, she gained experience working with other magazines.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing sales and a staff of three; Ensuring that staff members achieve their goals for each publication; Working closely with an adviser regarding artwork and a graphic designer; Overseeing the magazine's editing, printing, budgeting, and mailing and distribution throughout Canada
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Diachina hopes to scale down her work and print this magazine in the provincial region. She intends to spend more time with her grandchildren.
