Ms. Drozda has been with Hubbell Incorporated since 1996 and has been director of marketing and sales lighting since 2009. Her previous position was as a director of operations from 1998 to 2009. She has been in the electrical industry for the last 30 years.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling sales strategy for entering new markets; Growing national sales; Overseeing budgets, profit and loss, reports and objectives; Implementing new marketing and sales across Canada; Overseeing four regional sales managers, one national account manager, 13 field agents and 40 sales representatives
