Handling all aspects of her business, including issuing quotes, managing jobs, overseeing subcontractors, customer service, billing, invoicing and marketing

In five years, Ms. Lau will continue developing her own school, and she plans to apprentice women and establish a franchise that will have national, as well as global, locations.
