Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was working for a pharmaceutical company and teaching Sunday school. She started night classes, and then began an early childhood degree certificate.

Ms. Girgis has employed over 25 teachers. She is committed to making this the best early childhood center. Ms. Girgis has 59 children in the first center and the new center has 13 children.

Enrolling new children; Teaching continuing education courses; Managing staff; Supervising different centers; Scheduling; Budgeting; Controlling equipment; Working with the city and contractors to rezone the new center; Cleaning; Ordering supplies; Training staff; Conducting parent workshops, curriculum and menu planning
