She became involved in her profession after she started taking physical education courses and her adviser suggested she become a physical education teacher; he got her to try that major and she liked it and never looked back.

Working with students at-risk of dropping out; Meeting with them at least once a week to work on the skills they need to get to stay in school and not give up
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Mitchell King intends get published because of the highly successful studies she has completed. Students positive gains and are still doing well after two years. She would also like to teach part-time for an online university.
