She attributes her success to her desire to do the right thing and working with people to make their companies better. She also enjoys meeting new people. Her motto is, "Integrity first and always."
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she fell in love with the industry. She got a job in the field and went on to become a national sales director, but her position required a lot of traveling and she wanted to be home more to raise her family. Because of this dilemma, she asked her boss if she could work remotely, but he turned her down. This led her to leave her job and start her own business.
Extended Bio Profile:
She became involved in her profession because her grandfather was the dean of English at Ashland University, her father was a businessman, and her mother and grandmother were both nurses. Also, her other set of grandparents owned a factory. Because of the success of her parents and grandparents, she grew up with great aspirations, as did her siblings. All of her brothers and sisters are executives. In 2008, Ms. Anderson had the distinct honor of being published in "Seeing David in the Stone" alongside Oprah Winfrey and other notables. She thoroughly enjoys doing speaking engagements to inspire companies' sales and marketing teams. She also inspires people to believe in themselves and do greater things than they thought possible.

Running operations from an executive level; Making all decisions in regard to finance and operations; Interfacing with staff and faculty, functioning with an open-door policy; Seeking out people who will contribute to the business; Working directly with the marketing and sales departments; Attending all new product and financial meetings
