Ms. Kropp has been working in clinical research for more than 14 years and preclinical research for five years prior to her current role. She is the data manager for several federally funded clinical trials in geriatrics.

Managing as a data manager and responsible for all the data that is collected from NIH funded stroke study; Randomizing control trial; Scheduling patients for the follow-up visits; Preparing all data collection forms; Auditing verified data, imputing and analysis
