Several Administration and Customer Service positions in retail led to various management postions in Customer Service with the Thomson Reuters company.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for multiple teams who own the order life cycle for a designated group of customers; meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, providing expertise to the account team and associated customers in all related matters, thereby delivering customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that the company’s goals and objectives are met. Execute initiatives that improve the end-to end service delivery process and increase customer satisfaction.
